Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit, is unsatisfactory or defective, you have within 30 days of the date of purchase to exchange or return it for a product of equal or lesser* value or a full refund excluding the original shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Before you proceed please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:

  • The product(s) have not been washed.

  • The product(s) are not worn or damaged.

To exchange an item(s):

  1. Please email devin@wildchildcompany.com

  2. Include your original Order Number and let us know the item, color, and size you'd like to get as a replacement.

  • You'll receive an e-mail to let you know that your replacement item(s) has been shipped.

To return an item(s):

  1. Please email devin@wildchildcompany.com

  2. Let us know why you'd like to return the item and include your Order Number.

  3. Send the item back to:**

  4. Once we've received and processed the return, you will be reimbursed the full amount of your item.


* You'll be reimbursed the difference if it is of a lesser value. 
** The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Wild Child Company.
